I am about to hire.
Not for this blog, but for a start-up. Everything including a detailed business plan and marketing plan is ready, all it requires is a co-founder and time. Time is tight now! I am still on the hunt for the co-founder!

The start-up is called 'Omniacation' Stay tuned for a separate post on that. Meanwhile, I formulated some questions to ask any aspirant. I will not reveal the expected answers though! Comment your answer!
1. If you had $15 and you have achieved everything, what would you do?
2. You are stuck in a flood and nowhere to go, what could you afford to lose, your family or your company essentials? When would you adopt your rescue strategies and how?
3. Why does it hurt to climb over a slope than to descend?
or
If you could buy one shirt of 10 different colors, what colors would you choose?
4. Suppose you are late and you have to reach a far-off place in an hour. What would you take, the car, bus, metro or the flight and why?
5. Which of these sayings would you adopt:
a. If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go with a team
b. Finders keepers, losers weepers.
and why?
