Here are some tips to lighten life.
Often life throws us into a quicksand. All we would know is to sink. What do we do then? Where do we search for answers?
But thankfully, life always has that person who has all the answers. That is the beauty of life. It could be anyone, your friends, your parents, a member of your community or even a monk enlightened with the wisdom of the universe.
We must approach them for the answers. For that it is essential to respect them. Always know that life is unpredictable. Any character might spring up suddenly to cause disastrous impact on you. Always be in everyone's good books.
Stay away from a lot of material wishes. Dream about experiences and try to make them true. At the end, you will not remember your money or assets, but those small and warm moments you spent with the people around you. And this nature automatically brings you all your answers.
Live simple and keep life simple. Give whenever you can. Try giving for once at least and experience the peace which rings inside. There is no beating that. Seeing the people's reactions gives you a lot of answers.
Sometimes we do not see the answers even when they are right in front of us. That is because of our self-centrism. Look from multiple perspectives. Analyze the role of each person around you. See their potential, see their emotions, see their state. Brush away your ego for a while and see how life travels. Lose control of the ego over you for some period of time. See again. You will surely be happy with the answers.
Starting is difficult, but not impossible. For reaching a peak you start from the first step. For reaching life's peak, you have to start today.
